Hi Marcus, Is it possible on your next update to add some more 'things' on the behaviour entry screen. At the moment we are currently using the description box for the grounds, so for instance we currently have: Type: either (Commendation or Discredit) Description: (ie. Disruptive Behaviour) Because we use the description box there is nowhere to type in a grounds comment on why the incident was logged. Is it please possible if you could add an extra box for a grounds comment so we can enter something like: 'Was told to sit down numerous times, however didn't and then stormed out of the classroom' This would be much appreciated, Sam |

Dear Sam, Thank you for your post and suggestion. I shall certainly make a note of this, but this is unlikely to appear very quickly for various reasons. My suggestion would be to add more 'types' to have types such as 'disruptive behaviour', 'equipment', 'homework' etc. In other words to try and use the 'types' like you are currently using the Description. By making these details 'types' rather than 'discriptions', data entry should be quicker (you just have to pick one from a list) and you then have the 'description' box for the extra 'grounds' detail.
