For anyone reading this, I would suggest that the STEARsoft server is put on a secure, authenticated network that only staff have access to. It would not be expected for students to have access to this at all. I am not in a position to advise how this might be achieved, but the schools I know about have a secure part of the network that only staff can access. I believe one method is with the use of VLANs, but this is not something I am familiar with. I would also suggest that any link that staff have should go straight to the teacher login. It saves them a click so is more efficient and avoids any issues of what might be seen on the home page you refer to. With best wishes and thanks again for highlighting this. Yours, Marcus
Mark Fertig 16 August 2015 20:57	Sorry, I could have phrased that better! Students don't have access to the actual port, but teachers do forget that the projector is still connected when logging in! I will update the Public Links to add /index.html at the end. Thanks
