Forum thread: Adding incidents to other classes

Hi Marcus, Our Maths Intervention assistants run sub groups during certain classes, for example 7F/Ma - 5 students now work with the IA a couple of lessons over the fortnight timetable cycle. I want him to able to add incidents to that class (he can access the register via All School Data) but when the register is loaded, the students don't have the (i) next to their name? I spoke to the HOD about my solution which would be setting up a new class up under his name, but she wanted to keep them in the register for 7F. Is there a way around this? Mark |

Dear Mark, Thank you for your post. As it is currently implemented, incidents are very much private to an individual teacher; they can't be added or viewed by anyone else. So besides going against good practice and using someone else's username and password unfortunately there isn't a way round this. I already have your other comments relating to incidents, so will add this to them. Yours, Marcus. |
