Forum thread: Can you delete pupils fromn future classes

Hi, We have people pay monthly for their classes, so they are paid up to the end of teh month each time. When they decide to leave we leave them on registers til the end of thaty month and then delete them from the enxt month. IS there anyway to do this in advance, ie set the date in the future they will leave the class. Or do we need to wait until the end of the month and then manually delete them all then (ie keep a list to do this and hoppe we dont lose it!) Best Regards, Mel |

Hi Mel, On the iPad/iPhone version, set the 'point in time' before doing the delete and voila... Unfortunately there's not an easy way like this on the PC version, but you can block mark them 'off roll' on the PC version fairly easily by drag selecting a row from the date in question.
