Sam, The screen shot was helpful. Thank you. This is almost certainly because at some point a 'lock' was set in the administrator area when in 'School Deployment' mode. What you need to do is as follows: 1) Go to the 'Administrator login' area 2) Choose 'Switch to School deployment' in the left-hand options panel 3) Choose 'Data control and locks' in the left-hand options panel 4) Un-tick the 'prevent' check-box against 'Changing/adding Term dates'. Click 'save settings' 5) Choose 'Switch to Individual deployment ' in the left-hand options panel. Return to your individual account, and you should now have an edit option for term dates.
