I notice when I need to move an item on my timetable say from what was wed at 10am to frid at 3pm that even though it is moved the date no longer correlates to the new timetable slot. Ie: even though the class shows blue when active on frid at 3 when I open it to do attendance the date reflects the old slot on wed. So I am on 14 march at 3pm but the slot reflects 12 march at 11 am. How do I change this or properly move items in the timetable that reflect correct day. I couldn't find a move button so just did a copy paste |

Andrew, Thank you for your post. You are correct to copy and paste items on your timetable. Then go to your attendance sheet and press the edit button in the top right corner. Choose add multiple sessions. This will set up your attendance sheet to reflect your timetable. It will appropriately delete sessions as well as adding them, effectively moving them. I think this will resolve your issue. The concept is that your timetable is like a written piece of paper. Your attendance sheet is then generated from this timetable. It allows your timetable to change throughout the year and keep your historical data in the correct place. Yours, Marcus |
