Forum thread: New teacher account and term dates not going across on Individual Licence

Hi, I am trying to make registers for a new teacher account on individual licence, however it won't send across the term dates from the admin login and it also wont let me enter them manually, also regarding my last support thread about deleting the students by adding a new feature, please could you purge all from admin, that would be so helpful! Hi Sam, Thanks for your post. Detached users work independently and don't pick up any central data from admin. An individual license only supports detached users which is why this is happening. The link to the error picture you've sent doesn't appear to work. Things to check are that you have made the user 'detached'. I've noted the request regarding purging students from admin.
