Dear Chris,
Thank you for your post.
On the web version of STEARsoft, if you have a class sheet open, click the Summary tab at the top. It will give you percentages and totals for each student - split by term as well if necessary.
If you need more of a breakdown, go to the 'All School Data' area, Click the 'Counters' tab and select the option that best suits your needs. The second option (csv list of student attendance totals) is the most flexible as you can sort or filter the data as you please within a spreadsheet. Note that this area will pick up all priority classes for all teachers in the school, so make sure you've tagged any class you want to appear in these outputs as 'pritoriy' (In the class details tab for a class). You also have complete control over specifying the date range you are interested in from this screen.
With regard to Registration Certificates, by this do you mean a report style certificate that you give to students? If so, schools normally produce these centrally, using STEARsoft to generate the .csv file as mentioned above and then process it through a suitable system (at it's simplest, a mail-merge), but you could for example merge this data with attainment grades to give a unified report. The advantage of doing it centrally means that individual teachers don't all have to repeat the same administration task.
I hope that helps.
Yours sincerely,
Marcus Butler. |
