STEARsoft - Support
Support is currently free, but you must first register for a free Customer ID.
Registering ensures a valid communication route (email) to enable us to respond to you.
To log a support request, please Login to your customer account. However, the following self-help steps will often solve an issue more quickly:
- Check that you have read the Help pages provided with the STEARsoft programs
- Check to see if there is a newer version now available. If so, upgrade to see if it fixes your problem.
- Check the FAQ page to see if your question can be answered there.
- Have you looked at the tutorials? Seeing how something is intended to be done often fixes perceived problems.
- Check the Forum to see if your question has already been asked.
- Failing that, use your Customer ID and Password (sent with your registration email) to Login to your account, and submit a support request on the Forum.
